The "Always on top" option on the notes' context menus is always disabled initially, whether or not the always-on-top option is enabled in the main options.
An example:
With always-on-top enabled in the main options if I create a new note it is correctly set to be always-on-top but the "Always on top" option in its context menu is shown as disabled, and in order to disable always-on-top for that particular note I have to select the context menu option twice: first to enable it (even though it's already enabled) and then again to disable it.
